from Our President
At Senior Care, we take great pride in providing services for elderly residents in independent, assisted and dementia care communities and in skilled nursing and rehabilitation hospital settings.
We are mindful that each resident comes to us with an individual set of needs. For some residents, those needs are as simple as companionship, a church service or a few kind words when dinner is being served. For other residents, needs range from assistance with the basics of daily living, like housekeeping and meal services, to a variety of therapy services, skilled nursing services and intensive inpatient rehabilitation services.
Many days, our work is filled with joy. Still, we know that we are providing service for individuals facing the difficult issues that come with aging – from loss of memory to fragile health issues such as skin breakdown or the risks associated with falling, to name a few. These issues require patience, compassion and understanding. Additionally, our responsibilities include interacting with family members who are often anxious and at a loss on how to deal with the issues their loved ones are facing.
At Senior Care, we strive to use our best efforts to address these issues and work to provide quality care for your loved one with integrity. After years of service in this industry, we have learned that excellence starts with a quality environment for our residents as well as a quality workplace for the employees who care for our residents. That’s why we built our mission around a dedication to enriching the lives of both the
individuals who live with us and the individuals who work with us.
Our values are grounded in fairness, dignity and respect for our employees, promoting creative and innovative approaches to care, pursuing new and better ways to provide care, and acting with integrity.
I hope you will consider our communities as you begin your search for care options for yourself or a loved one.
